We offer an unrivalled technical support helpline for all of our Accredited Energy Assessors. Should you require support while practising as an Elmhurst Accredited Energy Assessor, our team are happy to advise via phone or e-mail. The Elmhurst Energy Support Team comprises qualified energy assessors in their respective areas ensuring accurate advice at all times. Elmhurst’s Support Team are available to answer technical and software queries during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The Team can be contacted on the following numbers:

Voicemail
During particularly busy periods, Elmhurst offers a voicemail service to enable Members to leave a message if a member of the Support Team is unavailable to answer a call.
Elmhurst Support Portal (E.S.P.)
The Elmhurst Support Portal (ESP) is available 24 hours a day. After logging into ESP, using their surveyor ID and password, Members are able to forward their queries directly to the relevant Team and can track the response, which will be sent within office hours. ESP is very easy to use although a full user guide can be found within the ‘Documents/Software Download’ section of our Members’ Area.
